• 1.3You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your location.
• 1.4You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of dk999, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless expressly permitted in writing by dk999 management.
• 1.5You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been subject to a self-exclusion order on dk999 may not register a new account during the exclusion period.

Account Creation and Management

• 2.1Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with dk999. If dk999 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same person, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
• 2.2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 2.3All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. dk999 may request documentary verification of the information provided at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dk999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports instant deposits and withdrawals through local Bangladesh mobile financial services.

Deposit Terms

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. dk999 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• 3.2Funds deposited into your dk999 account are held exclusively for the purpose of wagering on the Platform. dk999 does not pay interest on account balances under any circumstances.
• 3.3dk999 reserves the right to limit, delay, or refuse a deposit at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or where enhanced due diligence is required.

Withdrawal Terms

• 4.1Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders.
• 4.2Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Withdrawals requested before rollover conditions are met will result in the forfeiture of the applicable bonus and any winnings attributable to that bonus.
• 4.3dk999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document and proof of the payment method used.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dk999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• 5.1Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• 5.2Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• 5.3dk999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer has already been accepted by a player, dk999 will honour the terms applicable at the time of acceptance to the extent reasonably practicable.
• 5.4Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and will be applied to wagers automatically once the real-money balance reaches zero. Bonus funds may only be used to place wagers on games specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• 5.5Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may be claimed on the first deposit only, unless the promotion explicitly states that it extends to subsequent deposits. A player who closes and re-registers an account is not eligible for a welcome bonus on the new account.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on dk999 are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party studios. The outcome of every game is determined independently and cannot be influenced by dk999 or by any player.

• 6.1Players must comply with the individual rules of each game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface rules and any marketing material, the game interface rules shall prevail.

• 6.4Sports betting markets on dk999, including cricket, are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic fixtures, or the ICC for international matches). In the event of an abandoned or void match, bets will be settled according to the specific rules of the market type involved.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dk999. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

• 7.1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to provide an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• 7.2Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using the Platform to layer, integrate, or otherwise process criminally derived proceeds.
• 7.3Registering more than one account, allowing another person to use your account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• 7.4Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during account verification, including submitting falsified identity documents.
• 7.5Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error must be reported to dk999 support immediately and will be void.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

dk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below.

• 8.1dk999 may suspend an account immediately upon detection of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, identity verification failure, or breach of these Terms, pending a formal investigation. During a suspension, the account holder will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.
• 8.2Following investigation, dk999 may either reinstate the account, continue the suspension for a defined period, or permanently close the account. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Balances arising from legitimate play will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
• 8.3A player may request the voluntary closure of their dk999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification, provided no investigation is pending.

8. Responsible Gaming

• 10.2dk999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures may interrupt access. dk999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from periods of unavailability.
• 10.3Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. dk999 accepts no responsibility for the financial consequences of your gambling decisions. You must only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.

10. Intellectual Property

• 11.2The dk999 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of dk999. You must not use these marks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, misrepresentation, or damage to the reputation of dk999.

11. Changes to These Terms

dk999 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Platform's operations, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or business practices. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, dk999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on file.

Your continued use of the dk999 Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure through the support team.
